2020 Inspiring the Conversation: Think, Talk, Act!

Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in partnership with ADRC of Sheboygan County, Embrace Care Management, Generations Intergenerational Center and the Senior Activity Center of Sheboygan, bring you a three-part series to inspire honest and meaningful conversations about morphine use during long-term illness or end-of-life, taking the mystery of palliative care and practical steps you can take today to be conversation ready.

BE CONVERSATION READY: BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES TO END OF LIFE, TALKING MATTERS!

When it comes to end-of-life care and quality of life, talking matters! Like most people, you know you should talk about your wishes for end-of-life care, but something gets in the way – like how to start or maybe denial that the time is now.

The series welcomes Patty Webster, Community Engagement Leader from The Conversation Project, a national campaign dedicated to helping people talk about their end-of-life wishes and what matters most.  Participants will be inspired to have their own conversation and learn more about how together we can make these conversations easier.  Join us because talking really does matter!
