What Have I Lost?
A year of the pandemic has led to many experiencing unexpected grief and loss. A loss of loved ones, restrictions on visiting and the ability for us to gather has affected us all. Loss and grieving affect our family, friends and the work we do, leaving us at an increased risk for depression and anxiety.
