Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice welcomes the opportunity to assist those who wish to donate to the hospice through planned gifts, annual gifts, memorials and/or tribute gifts. The Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice is a 501(c)(3) that serves the people of Calumet, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington Counties.
Your generosity enables our patients to experience their end-of-life journeys with dignity and grace. We are grateful for all gifts, large and small, which fund patient care, outreach and education programs and capital needs to continue our mission of Caring for Our Community.

The Reflection Nook and the Butterfly Memorial patio offer opportunities for beautiful sentiments and loved ones names to be engraved on brick pavers. Each beautifully designed patio has sizes available to leave a lasting legacy.
The stained glass memorial is located within the Inpatient Center and is a beautiful remembrance for families. The stained glass artwork was created by Abler Art Glass.
There are many ways to make a gift to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, including:
Gifts may be made with cash or a check. Please make checks payable to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice and mail to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, W2850 WI-28, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085.
If you have or are planning on including the hospice in your will, please call or write our office and let us know.
*Giving through such arrangements can be a meaningful way to blend your philanthropic goals with your personal financial and tax-planning needs. Charitable trusts are set up through an outside advisor such as through a trust department of a bank. It is important that you let us know if Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice is a beneficiary of a trust agreement so we may thank you and recognize your gift appropriately.

Our Memorial Patio has reached full capacity. Orders for memorial bricks are currently not being accepted. Two new memorial areas are being developed and will open in the near future for families to purchase and honor their loved ones. We appreciate your patience during our construction phase. If you have an interest in the new memorial brick areas, please send an email to Sara Weber at sweber@ssrhospicehome.org to be placed on a waiting list.
